Purpose of award: To assist North Carolina community college students.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be North Carolina residents, demonstrate financial need and attend North Carolina community colleges for at least six credit hours per semester. Eligibility is based on the same criteria as for the Federal Pell Grants.
