Purpose of award: To support the children and relatives of horse racing officials.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be related to a member of the North American Judges and Stewards Association or a licensed USTA pari-mutuel official in one of the following areas: presiding judges, associate judges, paddock judges and starters. Students must be at least in their senior year of high school. Applicants must submit an essay and two letters of recommendation.
