Purpose of award: Monetary assistance is awarded to students pursuing studies that lead to careers in print, broadcast or photo journalism.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to the field of journalism, sensitivity to Asian American issues demonstrated by community involvement, journalistic ability, scholastic ability and financial need. Applicants may be high school seniors, college students or graduate students.
