Purpose of award: To provide support to the children of U.S. Armed Forces members.
Eligibility requirements: One of applicants' parents must have served in the U.S. Armed Forces during an eligible period. Applicants must be California resident high school seniors or graduates who have had to postpone school due to health or financial reasons and plan to attend a California college or university. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need.

Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $500.
Number of awards: 5.
Deadline: March 15.
