Purpose of award: To provide need-based grants for Missouri citizens to access Missouri postsecondary education.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible noncitizens, Missouri residents who are full-time undergraduates at an approved Missouri postsecondary schools and working toward their first baccalaureate degree. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
