Purpose of award: To provide financial support for post-secondary education to FRA members and their dependents and grandchildren.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be either FRA members or the dependents or grandchildren of an FRA member who is in good standing or was in good standing at time of death. Applicants are judged on the basis of leadership skills, financial need, academic record and character.
