Purpose of award: To provide scholarships for CWA members and their families.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants may be Communications Workers of America (CWA) members, their spouses, their children or their grandchildren. Applicants must be high school graduates or at least high school students who will graduate during the year in which they apply. Winners are selected by a lottery drawing. This is a two-year scholarship.

Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $3,000.
Number of awards: 30. Scholarship may be renewable.
Deadline: March 31.
