Purpose of award: To help students who have finished a rigorous secondary school program of study.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be full-time Florida students eligible for Federal Pell Grants who have enrolled or been accepted by a two- or four-year degree-granting institution of higher education. The grants are available to students for the first and second years of college with up to $750 for the first year and up to $1,300 for the second year. Second year students must also have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
