Purpose of award: To reward students who create films on war and free speech.
Eligibility requirements: Awards are given for the top three films addressing the topic "War and (Free) Speech: Can They Co-exist?" Entries must be four minutes or less and may include documentary, animation, experimental and/or music. Winners will receive cash stipends and will be flown to New York for a gala awards ceremony. Applicants must be age 19 and under.

College students
Minimum GPA: None
Amount: Up to $1,000.
Number of awards: 3.
Deadline: August 14.
