Purpose of award: To support students studying the classics.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be NJCL members in good standing, entering college the upcoming year, and studying the classics. Special consideration is given to those planning to teach Latin, Greek or classical humanities. Selection is based on financial need, JCL service, academics and recommendations.

Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $1000-$2,000.
Number of awards: 8.
Deadline: May 1.
