Purpose of award: To provide financial assistance to Oregon residents in need.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have financial need and be enrolled at least half-time in an undergraduate program at a participating Oregon college or university. They must be Oregon residents and U.S. citizens or eligible noncitizens, and they must be eligible for a Federal Pell Grant.
