Purpose of award: To assist Washington adult students.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be adult students with financial need who are attending a community or technical college. The grant provides funding for up to 45 credits over a maximum of three years and up to $1,000 for books and supplies per year. In addition, there are support services such as tutoring, career advising, emergency transportation and emergency child care.

Number of awards: 4000. Scholarship may be renewable.
