Purpose of award: To help New York State high school seniors who plan to attend colleges in the state.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have demonstrated leadership skills in their extracurricular activities and community service, have B averages and plan to be full-time students at New York State colleges, universities, community colleges or trade schools and maintain B averages there.
Target applicant: High school students
Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $4,000.
