Purpose of award: The program lowers tuition rates for New England students who must travel out of state for their desired major.
Eligibility requirements: Students must be residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Vermont and attend a school in another of those states that offers an RSP program in their major. The major must not be available at an in-school state.
