Purpose of award: To assist Maryland undergraduate and graduate students who can demonstrate financial need.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be legal residents of the state of Maryland and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Some delegates have supplementary forms. Contact your delegate's office for complete details. Applicants must show financial need.
