Purpose of award: To assist ham radio operators in furthering their educations.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have at least five words per minute certification, be residents of the ARRL Central Division (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin) and pursue a bachelor's or graduate degree at a regionally-accredited institution.
