Purpose of award: To assist minority California graduate students who are pursuing degrees in library or information science.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be California residents, be American Indian, African American, Mexican American, Latino, Asian American, Pacific Islander or Filipino and be accepted into or enrolled in an American Library Association accredited state library school. Based on financial need, and an interview is required.
Target applicant: Graduate school students

Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $2,500.
