Purpose of award: To assist the children of 1st Cavalry troopers who have become disabled or who died while serving in the Division.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be First Cavalry Division troopers who have become totally disabled while serving in the division or active duty members, their spouses or children. Applicants may also be the spouses or children of First Cavalry Division troopers who have died while serving in the division.

Amount: $1,000.
