Purpose of award: To encourage the understanding of market-based solutions to social and economic problems, especially through public policy.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be current college students, graduates, graduate students or professional students and have a, demonstrated interest in public policy issues and in learning how a market-based approach might help solve social and economic problems.

Amount: $1,500 and internship.
Number of awards: 40.
