Purpose of award: To support health education students.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be full-time undergraduate health majors in their sophomore, junior or senior years. They must have a GPA of at least 3.25 and write an essay about what they hope to accomplish as a health educator.
Target applicant: College students
Adult students
Minimum GPA: 3.25
Amount: $1,000.
Number of awards: 1.
Deadline: November 15.
