Purpose of award: To provide support to children of U.S. Armed Forces members.
Eligibility requirements: One of applicants' parents must have served in the U.S. Armed Forces during an eligible period. Applicants must be California residents planning to attend a California college or university and must be continuing or re-entry college students.
Target applicant: College students
Adult students
Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $1,000.
Number of awards: 2.
Deadline: March 15.
