Description
The Honors College is inviting applications for the Gerald C. Grant, Jr. Endowment Scholarship. The scholarships are open to all eligible Honors College students; however, preference may be given to students of African-American descent. The scholarships will be awarded up to an amount of $1500.00 for the 2012-2013 academic year. The scholarships are not renewable.

Eligibility
- Entering or current Honors College student in good standing (minimum 3.3 GPA);
- Evidence of motivation, character, and potential;
- Priority consideration may be given to students of African-American descent.
Application Procedure
- Write a two-page essay stating your academic and professional goals, including your intended field of study, and explain why you believe you should be selected as the recipient of the scholarship.
- Include a copy of your resume and a copy of your most recent transcripts.
- Sign the application form with your essay, resume, and transcripts
