Description
ASCP partners with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics annually to award scholarships to medical laboratory students. The purpose of these scholarships is to help defray education costs, promote medical laboratory science as a rewarding career, and to help address the workforce shortage of qualified professionals.
The selected applicants will be awarded $1,000.
Eligibility
The scholarship award are available for students in their final year of study in one of the following NASALS-accredited programs:

- Cytogenetics Technologist (CG)
- Cytotechnologist (CT)
- Histotechnician (HT)
- Histotechnologist (HTL)
- Molecular Biology Technologist (MB)
- Medical Laboratory Technician/Clinical Laboratory Technician (MLT/CLT)
- Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MT/CLS)
- Pathologists' Assistants (PA)
